2. What are Cookies?

5. Audience and Performance Measurement
This website has no self-hosted analytics: it does not log user browsing into any database controlled by the owner. The only measurement that may take place is carried out by Vercel Speed Insights and Vercel Analytics (Vercel Inc.), whose purpose is to monitor page loading performance and aggregate visit volume.
These tools are only loaded if the user has previously given their consent to the analytics category in the cookie panel. If the user does not consent, or withdraws their consent, no measurement script is loaded and no information is transmitted to the provider. According to the information supplied by the provider, this measurement is performed without cookies or persistent identifiers on the device, and processes only aggregated, non-identifying technical metrics (such as loading time or the path of the page visited), without associating them with personally identifiable information about the visitor.
6. International Data Transfers
