The relationship between CENTER Suites SAN ELOY and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish legislation, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Seville.

Stay Conditions

• Check-in and check-out: Check-in from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM; please let us know your arrival time in advance. Check-out until 11:00 AM.
• Documentation: A photo ID and a credit card as a guarantee are requested at check-in. The minimum age to check in is 18.
• Cancellation: Cancellation terms depend on the rate booked and are shown during the booking process. The non-refundable rate does not allow cancellation or a refund.
• Payment: Cash payment is not accepted: payment is accepted by card or via Bizum to +34 622 379 858, a different number from the booking phone.
• Children: Children of any age are welcome; from age 3 they count as adults for occupancy and pricing purposes. No cots or extra beds are available.
• Pets: Pets are allowed by prior request and subject to confirmation; a supplement may apply.
• House rules: Smoking, parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
• Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service.
• Lithium-battery vehicles: Scooters, electric bicycles and other lithium-battery vehicles may not be brought into or stored in the building.
• Liability: The property is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged belongings. Guests are responsible for any damage caused, and breaching these conditions may result in cancellation of the stay without a refund.
