2. Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis

This website does not collect personal data through forms: it has no contact form or newsletter subscription form, and it does not ask visitors for their name, email address or phone number in order to browse its content. The availability search tool only collects the stay dates and number of guests, data that does not identify the visitor and is used solely to redirect them to the external booking engine.

Accordingly, the controller processes personal data for the following purposes:

• Booking Management: Processing and managing the accommodation bookings that the user makes through the external booking engine, as well as providing the contracted accommodation service and complying with the associated legal obligations. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures and compliance with legal obligations applicable to the controller.
• Customer Service: Handling queries and requests for information that the user chooses to send on their own initiative, by calling the phone number or writing to the email address published on this website. In these cases the controller only processes the data the user voluntarily includes in their call or message. The legal basis is the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject and, failing that, the legitimate interest of the controller in responding to the communication received.

3. Data Retention

The data provided will be kept for as long as the business relationship is maintained, or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations (for example, tax regulations and traveller registration requirements). Queries received by phone or email will be kept for as long as necessary to handle them and, where applicable, for the statute-of-limitations period of any liabilities that may arise from that communication.

4. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

The controller does not disclose personal data to third parties, except where legally required. Providers involved in delivering the service who process data on behalf of the controller do so as data processors, subject to a contract in accordance with Article 28 GDPR and under strict confidentiality obligations.

Regardless of the foregoing, this website interacts with the following third parties, which act as independent controllers with respect to the data they collect through their own means and for their own purposes:

• Booking engine (Hoteliga): Accommodation is not booked on this website but on the external platform book.hoteliga.com, to which the user is redirected. The data the user provides on that platform, including, where applicable, payment-related data, is processed by its provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy, which are independent of this website.
• Competent authorities: The controller is required to report to the security authorities the traveller registration data required under the regulations in force on accommodation. The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation.

5. User Rights

As a user, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Request the rectification of inaccurate data.
• Request its erasure when, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
• Request the restriction of, or object to, its processing.
• Data portability.
